From U13 onwards teams will play 11-a-side football.

 

Long Term Player Development evolves and is now enhanced within a team structure: understanding their roles and responsibilities to help the team compete and be successful will help our players to take further steps forward in preparation for adult football.  

 

Team-tactics inevitably become a greater focus.  However, our basic vision remains and players will continue to be given freedom to experiment and develop their individual  skills.
