As teams now progress to 7-a-side football a greater emphasis will be placed on individual tactics within a team structure: playing positions properly etc. 

 

Described as ‘the golden age of learning’ we believe this is the time to engage players in more focused and deliberate practices where they are stretched and challenged to work hard and take some responsibility for their own development.

 

We encourage players to be brave and take risks during matches knowing that if they don’t try out new skills during this period – they will be less likely to in the future.
